No cat sensor faults and no offline errors for the past 2 days. Update: I chatted with Whisker support this morning and learned a few things. After 3 Cat Sensor faults, the Litter Robot 4 has a safety feature where it will no longer cycle. To bypass this, you need to press the Reset button in person.

Litter-Robot 4. I just bought the LR4 and began using it two days ago. It was working fine until I attempted a firmware updated last night. It got to 95% complete and then the update failed. The LR then went offline and couldn’t connect to the app anymore. I went to the LR and it displays a solid red light for all 5 lights.
