you have not completed or disovered it. Your character must be at the soft cap (I believe it's now 1520 with this season) and have completed the sector once on normal. Also there was an odd bug last season with conflux where the flag wouldn't show up until you clear a few other sectors on nessus first. So Ive done the legend lost sector I think 17x now, new gloves still havent dropped. Ive seen the platinum rewards pop up a few times but not always. Im doing all champs, always sub 10 min runs, and almost always flawless, yet there seems to be no consistency with it. After I completed lost sector multiple times it doesn't unlock legendary version for some reason. It also doesn't work for other characters as well. Anyone have an idea what the hell is going on?
